Badly in need of a Makeover… Comfortable & Convenient Location
We had a nice room and the beds were the most comfortable we have slept in. Love the spacious rooms and big balcony.
The place is very run down… we had one of the best rooms available but some were not so lucky. No air con, lifts out of order but we could use the service lift behind reception. Staff are just lovely, cannot do enough to help and they are limited to whats available. It was obviously once a beautiful place but that has long gone since the original owner died. I hope they do the place up and put in some Air con. It could be such a great place in a perfect location.

Could be a good hotel if refurbished
I liked that it wasn't as bad as an awful lot of reviews were painting it. Our room was clean. It didn't have a lot of eating utensils, considering we were self-catering, which was just as well as there was no food available at any time. Bar staff were friendly and helpful.
The whole building is in need of refurbishment. Towels were old and grey! I had to ask to have them changed 6 days after we arrived. Cleaners only emptied bins in kitchen and bathroom daily. Water non existent on 3 mornings. However, there was NO sign of live cockroaches or ants in the room or corridors. Couldn't have done without a hire car as it was a bit far out from town. I had asked for an accessible room but the bathroom had absolutely no facilities for anyone with difficulties climbing into a bath. No grab handles anywhere. Poor lighting throughout the apartment and light switches loose in places.

Because we stay just one night it’s ok but no more.I like two shower rooms in apartment.

The location is good! But first was some problem to find by Google map. It shows the wrong way.
In the room were missing towels. We got it on reception later. Changing towels in the room is supposed to be once per 3 days. We were there 7 nights and was changed just one towel one time. Also, there are plates and nothing to clean it. So we could use all kitchen stuff just one time. Next to the elevator there are a lot of things which guests do not supposed to see...near by swimming pool also nobody takes care of all of space. Stairs from the floors to the lobby all with garbage... Everything in this hotel is already old, but if someone could take care of all of that stuff, it could be better. At least clean well. We didn't read reviews before we made a reservation, and it was our mistake.
